Our gluten-free baked goods are made on equipment dedicated to gluten-free ingredients and individually packaged to prevent cross-contamination. To ensure quality and freshness, products are best stored frozen. 15-30 minutes before serving, thaw and enjoy!

A Little History.
East Zion Food Company owner, Mercy Stout, was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2011. She has spent many personal hours learning from failures and successes in creating gluten-free food. Mercy understands firsthand the trepidation involved with traveling and eating out as a person with Celiac disease. She is excited to contribute tried and true recipes, created in a safe environment, and packaged to ensure that no cross contamination occurs in restaurants and retail establishments.
